LENOX, Mass. – Home décor brand Bloomist, known for its nature-inspired home décor, is now a subsidiary of Amenie, a Zogics company dedicated to reimagining the art of hospitality.

“Bloomist has always stood out for its ability to seamlessly blend sustainability with design that connects people to nature,” said Paul LeBlanc, CEO of Amenie. “Bloomist works with esteemed properties like Auberge Resorts Collection, Four Seasons, Rosewood Little Dix Bay in the British Virgin Islands, and Hotel Bardo Savannah, all of which perfectly align with Amenie’s offerings.”

LeBlanc said the acquisition will enable Bloomist to build on its strengths and expand its reach while preserving its core values.

“Joining the Amenie family creates opportunities for Bloomist to grow in ways we simply couldn’t before,” said Michael Zung, Bloomist founder. “With their infrastructure, strong relationships in the hospitality sector, and operational expertise, I’m confident they’ll be able to continue Bloomist’s mission of working with artisan partners, small-batch makers, and ethical suppliers to deliver beautiful, nature-inspired products.”

Under Amenie’s stewardship, Bloomist has launched a redesigned website aimed at creating a more intuitive shopping experience, showcasing beautiful, artisanal goods as the centerpiece of the design and shopping journey, celebrating the artists, and highlighting the natural beauty of their creations.

As sustainability and nature-inspired design trends continue to grow, Bloomist’s offerings remain more relevant than ever.

“People are seeking ways to connect with nature in their living and working environments,” added LeBlanc. “Bloomist’s handcrafted, original designs bring a sense of calm and connection that resonates in today’s fast-paced world.”

With a refreshed focus, Bloomist is poised to introduce new product launches, curated collections, and exclusive collaborations tailored for both consumers and trade/hospitality partners. “
