[Hamilton, Bermuda – April 3, 2025] – BermudAir has officially launched its inaugural
nonstop service between Bradley International Airport (BDL) and Bermuda’s L.F. Wade
International Airport (BDA). The new route, operating year-round twice weekly on
Thursdays and Sundays, enhances connectivity between Bermuda and New England,
offering both leisure and business travellers a seamless and premium travel experience.

providing seamless, premium travel experiences while deepening the connection

Flights between Connecticut and Bermuda will be operated on BermudAir’s Embraer 175 aircraft, with a flight time of approximately two hours. Travellers departing from Bermuda will also benefit from U.S. Customs and Border Protection preclearance at L.F. Wade
International Airport, streamlining entry into the United States upon arrival.

presence at Bradley Airport will allow for faster access to Bermuda and more
convenience for both leisure and business travellers.”
The addition of Bradley International Airport to the BermudAir schedule expands travel
options for passengers, showcasing the island’s unique pink-sand beaches, rich history,
and vibrant culture. The route also bolsters business ties, particularly between
Connecticut’s insurance industry and Bermuda’s globally recognised reinsurance sector.
To celebrate the inaugural flight, departing passengers were treated to a special send-off, marking the beginning of an exciting new travel opportunity for both regions.
