Live from Studio 8H — it’s Lady Gaga!
The singer, 38, pulled double duty as the host and the musical guest on the March 8 episode of Saturday Night Live.
During her opening monologue, Gaga poked fun at the Joker sequel, Joker: Folie à Deux, in which she starred as Harley Quinn, and how it was a critical and box office flop.
“Anyway, I’m an actor now. I select films that would showcase my craft as a serious actor, films such as Joker 2,” the star said. “Apparently, people thought it was awesome. Joaquin [Phoenix] and I even got nominated for a Razzie, which is an award for the worst films of the year. So we won worst onscreen duo.”
“But joke’s on them. I love winning things. My Razzie brings me one step closer to an EGORT. It’s like an EGOT, but it’s hurtful,” Gaga continued, referencing the coveted achievement of winning an Emmy, Grammy, Oscar and Tony.

Elsewhere during the show, Gaga starred in a variety of sketches, including one in which she played a woman promoting a new mascara that purposely runs, “for attention,” and another where she portrayed a waiter at a Friendly’s.
One other moment from the late-night comedy sketch series saw the star portray a woman who owns a funeral home and helps two clients plan how to say goodbye to their loved one.

Gaga’s appearance during SNL‘s milestone season 50 marked her second time hosting and fifth time as the musical guest.
Last month, she performed at SNL 50: The Homecoming Concert to celebrate five decades of the show being on air.
Gaga hit the stage at the event, held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City, alongside Andy Samberg, where the pair sang a variety of popular songs and SNL parodies — including “D— in a Box,” which Samberg, 46, originally performed with Justin Timberlake.
The telecast also featured performances from Miley Cyrus, Post Malone, Jelly Roll, Backstreet Boys, Arcade Fire, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Brittany Howard, Chris Martin, David Byrne, DEVO, Eddie Vedder, Jack White, Mumford & Sons, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Robyn, The B-52s and The Roots.
Saturday Night Live airs weekends on NBC. Mayhem is available to purchase and stream now.
