The “great room” is designed around the vintage wood fireplace, and the floor to ceiling windows offer a wide view of the greenhouse. Six Sunset Dining Arm Chairs sit around the wooden table, and the Bristol rug in pearl centers the living area.

For the main space—kitchen, dining, and living room in one—Kayne began designing from the vintage wood-burning fireplace outwards, decorating the area with shades of red, burlwood accents, and “lots of nature-inspired moments.” Splashes of red appear elsewhere in the house, like the travertine sinktop in the bathroom, laden with the Oak Essentials Balancing Mist and perpetually burning votive candle sets. Complimentary Crown Affair products sit in the shower, and guests can towel off with Weezie linens.

Among Kayne’s signature style is a plethora of curated vintage pieces, sourced in collaboration with Sheila Bouttier from Galerie Provenance, including antique vases, bowls, end tables, and even vintage horse figurines. Kayne’s favorite detail in the property is, in fact, not the sauna, the greenhouse, or the sweeping views, but the custom Dorset Delft tiles by Aviva Halter that form the backsplash in the kitchen—olive, peach, and lemon branches on cream-colored tile.

Kayne’s team worked with tried-and-true brands for outsourced inspiration: paint from Portola Paints, a pendant by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni, knobs and pulls from Sun Valley Bronze, Waterworks for sink essentials, and window treatments from WOVN Home. “Each brand is known for their timeless quality—which is something we really stand for,” says Kayne.
Beginning today, customers can book a night at Jenni Kayne’s Tivoli farmhouse through Airbnb. Pricing starts at $1,360 and includes access to the hot tub, pool, and sauna.
