Holly Lightfoot has joined the contemporary home furnishings brand, Armen Living. as its new director of product development.
Lightfoot has previous experience working in the home furnishings, retail, hard surfaces and flooring industries and most recently held a product development role at Parker House Furniture. She helped expand that company into a whole home solutions provider by adding new categories such as accent and dining furniture, as well as motion upholstery and upholstered beds
With degrees in photography and art history from Old Dominion University, Lightfoot has experience working with major retailers and top designers.
“I am so thrilled to join the team at Armen Living and continue their success in the home furnishings industry,” Lightfoot said. “I look forward to elevating Armen Living’s legacy and to inspiring our design, trade and hospitality communities with luxurious designs for indoor and outdoor living.”
Armen Living has charged Lightfoot with bringing an exciting look to its 2025-2026 collections by creating thousands of new and original designs including indoor and outdoor furnishings and bar, dining, living, office, bedroom, and outdoor collections.

Williams will report to AHFA Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Bill Perdue. He will be responsible for refining existing sustainability and regulatory compliance programs and identifying opportunities for expansion. Williams will also spearhead the planning of AHFA’s annual Regulatory Summit and assist with various technical task groups.
“As regulations and standards become more numerous and complex, it is imperative that AHFA continue to provide its members with all the resources necessary to comply,” said CEO Andy Counts. “In this new position, Alex will be a tremendous asset to our AHFA member company executives. He brings expertise that will allow us to expand our offerings and better serve our growing membership now and into the future.
Williams’ experience includes economic and workforce development, legislative affairs, and political campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels. He comes to AHFA from the Chamber of Commerce in Rome, Ga., where he was the director of workforce and government affairs.
